Rinse your lenses with warm water and use a drop of mild soap if needed. Dry gently with a soft cloth and keep your glasses in their case when not used. Avoid strong cleaners, alcohol, or acetone and don’t wipe the lenses with paper or clothing to prevent scratches.

How fast is shipping?
Usually 1-2 business days within Sweden and 2-4 business days across the rest of Europe. Orders to Switzerland may take a little longer.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem – return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sweden: Contact us and we will provide a return shipping label. A return shipping fee of 50 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Europe (excluding Sweden): Submit a return through our Withdrawal Form and arrange the return shipping yourself. Once approved, we will refund the full order amount (including the original shipping cost).

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
