Changed your mind? No problem – return within 30 days

We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund—no questions asked. All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us: Email us at support@metroeyewear.se or use the contact form on our website to start your return.

2. Send it back: Follow the instructions we send you. A return shipping fee of 50 SEK (4.50 EUR) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund: Once we received the returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are currently not available. However, you are welcome to return your item and place a new order instead. Please follow our return process to receive a refund, and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
