Refund policy
Changed your mind? No problem – you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that all items are returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Sweden
To return an order from Sweden:
• Contact us at support@metroeyewear.se to request a return (or create it through our withdrawal form).
• We will create and provide a return shipping label.
• Return the item(s) according to the instructions provided.
• Once the returned goods have been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A return shipping fee of 50 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Europe (excluding Sweden). To return an order from another European country:
• Submit your return request through our online Withdrawal Form.
• You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
• Return the item(s) to the address provided in the Withdrawal Form instructions.
• Once the returned goods have been received and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The full order amount, including the original shipping cost, will be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently not available. However, you are welcome to return your item and place a new order instead. Please follow our return process to receive a refund, and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
